Auralink Psychic – Advisor Agreement
Effective Date: 4/6/2026

1. Independent Contractor Status

All advisors (“Advisors”) providing services through Auralink Psychic (“Platform”) operate as independent contractors.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create:

  • An employment relationship
  • A partnership or joint venture
  • An agency relationship

Advisors are solely responsible for:

  • Their own taxes and legal obligations
  • The content and quality of their services

2. Nature of Services

Advisors acknowledge and agree that:

  • All services are based on personal intuition, belief systems, and experience
  • Services are provided for entertainment purposes only
  • No guarantees, promises, or assurances of outcomes may be made

Advisors must not present their services as factual, scientific, or guaranteed.

3. Platform Exclusivity and Non-Circumvention

Advisors are strictly prohibited from bypassing the Platform.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sharing personal contact information (phone numbers, emails, social media)
  • Directing users to external websites or platforms
  • Accepting or requesting payment outside the Platform
  • Attempting to establish off-platform relationships with users

Any violation may result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Forfeiture of earnings
  • Permanent ban from the Platform

4. Communication and Conduct Standards

Advisors must maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times.

Advisors are prohibited from:

  • Requesting or sharing personal identifying information
  • Harassing, coercing, or manipulating users
  • Encouraging excessive or dependent usage of services
  • Making false or misleading claims

All communication must remain strictly within the Platform.

5. Strict Prohibition on Sexual Content and Conduct

Auralink Psychic enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding sexual content or behavior.

Advisors are strictly prohibited from:

  • Engaging in sexually explicit conversations or roleplay
  • Offering, suggesting, or implying sexual services
  • Using sexually suggestive language, gestures, or behavior
  • Performing or engaging in any sexual conduct during video sessions
  • Requesting or responding to sexual content from users
  • Promoting or linking to adult or explicit external platforms

This policy applies to all communication channels, including chat, phone, and video.

Enforcement

Violations of this section will result in:

  • Immediate termination
  • Forfeiture of any pending earnings
  • Permanent removal from the Platform

Where applicable, violations may be reported to relevant third parties, including Stripe.

6. Prohibited Services

Advisors may not provide:

  • Medical, legal, or financial advice
  • Health diagnoses or treatment recommendations
  • Predictions of death or serious harm
  • Guidance involving illegal activities

7. User-Initiated Violations

If a user engages in inappropriate or prohibited behavior, Advisors must:

  • Refuse the request immediately
  • Redirect the conversation appropriately
  • Terminate the session if necessary
  • Report the incident to the Platform

Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.

8. Monitoring and Recording

Advisors acknowledge and consent that:

  • All communications (chat, phone, video) may be monitored or recorded
  • Sessions may be reviewed for compliance, safety, and quality assurance

The Platform reserves the right to investigate any activity without prior notice.

9. Performance and Quality Control

Auralink Psychic reserves the right to evaluate Advisors based on:

  • User feedback and ratings
  • Session quality
  • Compliance with Platform policies

We may take action including:

  • Warnings
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent termination

10. Compensation and Fees

Advisors will be compensated according to the Platform’s payment structure.

Auralink Psychic reserves the right to:

  • Adjust commission rates at any time
  • Withhold or reverse payments in cases of disputes, fraud, or violations

Earnings may be withheld if:

  • A chargeback or dispute is initiated
  • Policy violations are detected
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

In the event of a user chargeback:

  • The Platform may investigate the associated session
  • Earnings related to the disputed transaction may be withheld or reversed
  • Advisors may be required to provide information or cooperate

Repeated disputes may result in account termination.

12. Confidentiality

Advisors agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • User information
  • Session content
  • Platform systems and operations

Unauthorized disclosure is strictly prohibited.

13. Use of Platform Data and Content

Advisors acknowledge that:

  • Communications and session data may be stored and analyzed
  • Data may be processed using third-party services for security and performance

This may include services such as:

  • Google Firebase
  • Google Play Services

14. Account Suspension and Termination

Auralink Psychic reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Advisor account at its sole discretion, including for:

  • Violations of this Agreement
  • Off-platform solicitation
  • Sexual or inappropriate conduct
  • Fraud or abuse
  • Behavior that harms the Platform or its users

Termination may occur without prior notice.

15. Indemnification

Advisors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auralink Psychic from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Their services or conduct
  • Violations of this Agreement
  • Disputes with users

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auralink Psychic shall not be liable for:

  • Advisor conduct or statements
  • User decisions or outcomes
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

17. Modifications to Agreement

Auralink Psychic reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
